You must be an American citizen/legal permanent resident (otherwise, you must go directly to the FBI)
The request must be for one of the following reasons:
- Work Visa/Student Visa
- Foreign Residency/travel
- Personal Reasons
- International Adoption
- Court Related Matters
By having your fingerprints “Livescan”, which is an inkless process where your fingerprint images are captured electronically in seconds and sent to the FBI in a digitized format. The entire Livescan process in our office takes about 10-15 minutes. When finished, you will leave with an on-line access code that will allow you to view your FBI Report the same day. The access code will also allow you to download a copy of the FBI Report and to print it out as well.
Challenge Errors and inaccurate information.
Cannot process a request for employment or licensing purposes for jobs within the United States.
If the FBI report is to be sent to an attorney, a released statement must be signed by both the applicant and attorney on the attorney letterhead.
We cannot send the FBI background report/record results outside the United States.
Results are returned electronically (via web email) or hard copy (via USPS standard shipping, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx (Overnight Delivery).
Priority mail & FedEx will not accept P.O Box for your physical address. You would need to use your Physical address to receive your results.
We can have FBI results in 24-48 hours.
WE WILL SEND YOUR FBI REPORT ON TAMPER-PROOF PAPER SIGNED BY THE FBI OFFICIAL WITH THE FBI WATERMARK SEAL.
