How can I determine the status of my Livescan transaction with FDLE?
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has developed a new feature that will allow an individual or organization to perform a search to determine the status of an applicant Livescan transaction. No, unfortunately we do not give out REFUNDS for services we already rendered. Fingerprints rejected are common. Sometimes it’s difficult to get a clear fingerprint whether it’s due to age, scars, or a change due to chemicals or the type of work you do or sweating fingertips. We will redo your fingerprints over for free. If it’s a livescan you will be provided a TCR # to bring in to me. If it’s done on the FD-258 fingerprint card I will redo them over on a new FD-258 fingerprint card. The FDLE or other agency will do an FBI search by your name and personal information
